Retail operations continue long after a customer leaves the till.
The Big Pet Store manages stock, supplier orders, inventory and general administration behind the scenes. Its existing back-office setup relied on a laptop, a cramped desk and limited storage, making routine work harder to organise than it needed to be.
This was not simply a computer replacement. The physical workspace, display area, peripherals, storage and setup all needed to work together for the people using them.
The challenge

Rogue Sparrow Digital planned a larger, more ergonomic desk area and selected the workstation, displays and supporting peripherals around the client’s practical requirements.
The new desktop, two-monitor arrangement, office furniture and storage were installed together. Equipment was prepared and deployed as part of the same delivery so the finished environment could support real work from handover.
