02. Use

Using the website.

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, scrape the website unreasonably or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Information, not tailored advice

Website content is provided for general information and to describe our services. It is not legal, financial, regulatory or other specialist advice tailored to your circumstances. You should obtain appropriate advice before relying on information for a material decision.

03. Working together

Enquiries and project examples.

Enquiries do not create a contract

Sending an enquiry, arranging a call or receiving general information does not by itself create a contract or require Rogue Sparrow Digital to accept work. A service relationship begins only when the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work or other agreement has been accepted.

Project examples and results

Project Lab examples describe work completed in particular circumstances. They do not promise that another project will produce identical results. Scope, constraints, dependencies and outcomes vary by client.

04. Content

Intellectual property and links.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, Wain Levin Limited or its licensors owns the intellectual-property rights in the website, its design, copy, graphics, motion and original content. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own internal use, but you may not reproduce, sell, publish or create derivative commercial material without written permission.

Links to this website

You may link fairly to a publicly available page provided the link is lawful, accurate and does not suggest an association, approval or endorsement that does not exist. We may ask for a misleading or harmful link to be removed.

Third-party websites and services

The website may link to or display services operated by other organisations, including social platforms, reviews and client websites. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not by itself amount to endorsement.

05. Responsibility

Availability, security and liability.

Website availability and changes

We aim to keep the website useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend or withdraw content or features where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security or business changes.

Viruses and misuse

We take reasonable steps to protect the website but cannot guarantee that it will always be free from harmful code. You are responsible for using appropriate device and network protection. You must not knowingly introduce malware or attempt to compromise the website or connected systems.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Any liability relating to paid services is governed by the relevant client agreement.

06. Final provisions

Privacy, changes and applicable law.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie and Tracking Policy explains the technologies used on the website and the choices available to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms where our website, business or legal obligations change. The current version and updated date will be published on this page. Changes apply from the date shown and do not retrospectively alter an agreed client contract.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
