Website policies

Cookie and Tracking Policy.

How this website uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies, why they are used, and the choices available to you.

Last updated 30 August 2026Optional technologies are off by default

01. About

Cookies and related technologies.

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a device. Similar technologies include tracking pixels, scripts, tags, local storage and other methods that store or access information on a phone, computer or browser.

This policy covers technologies controlled by Rogue Sparrow Digital and those supplied by third parties through this website.

Optional technology remains blocked

Necessary technology can operate without consent where a legal exception applies. Functional, analytics and marketing technologies remain off until you make an affirmative choice.

02. Categories

How the website groups technologies.

Strictly necessary

These technologies are required to provide a service you request, keep the website secure, maintain essential functionality or remember your privacy choices. They do not require consent where the legal exception applies, but they must still be described clearly.

Functional and embedded content

Functional technologies support optional features such as embedded reviews or preferences. Third-party widgets may make network requests or use storage technologies. Where consent is required, the feature remains inactive until you allow the relevant category.

Analytics

Analytics helps us understand how people use the website and where it can be improved. Although a narrow aggregate-statistics exception may apply to qualifying measurement, our launch policy is to keep non-essential analytics off until consent unless the final configuration has been specifically assessed as exempt.

Advertising and social tracking

Advertising and social technologies may measure conversions, attribute campaigns, build audiences or track activity across services. These purposes are not strictly necessary and will not run until you consent.

03. Providers

Google, Meta and Elfsight.

Google technologies

If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process online identifiers and information about visits or actions on the website. Google explains its broader processing in its Privacy Policy. The Google tag remains blocked until Analytics consent is granted, and its advertising storage and personalisation settings are disabled.

Meta technologies

If you allow advertising or social tracking, Meta technologies may process identifiers and website events for measurement or advertising. Meta explains its broader processing in its Privacy Policy. The Meta Pixel and related tags remain blocked before consent.

Elfsight and Google Reviews

The reviews section is delivered using an Elfsight widget that displays Google review content. The production implementation will be tested to identify any third-party requests, cookies or similar technologies. Where consent is required, the widget is held behind the functional choice and a text fallback remains available.

04. Control

Your choices.

The consent interface provides clear choices to accept all optional technologies, reject non-essential technologies or manage categories. Optional categories are off by default. Closing the notice or continuing to browse is not treated as consent.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings control in the footer. Withdrawing consent prevents future optional access or storage, although it cannot remove information already lawfully received by a third party.

Browser settings

Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may affect essential website features. Browser controls do not replace the website consent choices for technologies we control.

05. Inventory

Technologies used by this website.

The production inventory will be confirmed by scanning the final WordPress site after its forms, security, caching, Google, Meta and Elfsight configuration is complete. We do not publish estimated cookie names or lifetimes as if they were verified.
